2014 Asian Engineering Deans Summit (AEDS) successfully held at Peking University

Organized by the College of Engineering, Peking University, the 2014 Asian Engineering Deans Summit (AEDS) was grandly held at Zhongguanyuan Global Village of Peking University on April 28-29. The mission of the conference is to serve as a network for engineering deans to leverage their collective strengths for the advancement of engineering education, research and service to the Asian community. The theme of the two-day conference is New Challenges and Opportunities for Asian Engineering Education and Research. Over 60 engineering deans and university presidents from Asian countries including Singapore, Japan, Korea, India, China, as well as from other regions including Australia, U.S., and France attended the summit. Schneider Electrics, Tri-Star, MathWorks, Tobefar, and Lenovo sponsored the event.
